Carlee's Homemade Mini Breakfast Wraps

I don't know about most of you, but I often find it really difficult to eat healthy when life gets crazy busy. I like to make things ahead of time to take on the go that are simple, healthy, low in calories AND DELICIOUS. These mini breakfast wraps are are definitely one of my favorite pre-prepared meals--clocking in at only 260 calories. I usually will eat one or two fresh then freeze the rest of them for those mornings I'm running a little bit late :P Ingredients:

  • Eggs (and milk for fluffy eggs)
  • Cheese
  • Tortillas

WHO ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR?!

Today I did the Kettlebell class with Bruce and my favorite quote from today was....drum rollll...."WHO ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR?" Of course everyone was expected to respond, "ME!" The Speed Interval Button 😮

Woot, woot! Butt-kickin' interval workout complete. I love these dang "speed interval" buttons on these treadmills. It makes my life soooo much easier. All ya have to do is set your jog and running paces before you start then while your running you just hit that fancy button to switch from jog to run. *💥explosion noise💥* Mind Blown! Lol 😂😅 PS: If you're trying to lose weight interval training is one of the best at helping ya shred those pounds! 🏃👙

Easy Breezy Beautiful...on the Elliptical Machine.

Today was an easy day at the gym. I did some time on the crossramp elliptical machine. Considering my butt, legs and arms all feel like they want to fall off from yesterday's workout, I think this easy workout was a good idea.
