Listen to the thoughts you're having...

Validate and empathize with yourself and your thoughts.

This is often uncomfortable, I know, but I promise you this isn't a step to forget.

This is the step that will open the door to play out a powerful formula...

Shift in Perception --> Shift in Behavior --> Shift in Results
