This has been a long time coming..

I've been thinking a lot lately about the power of social media. Perhaps it's because Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp went down the other week... or maybe this has been a long time coming...

But regardless, I've been thinking about the positive and negative impacts that it has had on my life, my business, and so much more.

When this post was first written, I was actually about to attend a training with my mentor and, as a part of that, I've personally let go of social media for a few days.

This isn't my first rodeo with social media hiatuses over the last year or so. I've taken a few breaks - each one feeling more luscious and safe than the one before.

Each one creating more space for myself as a human...

Each one testing out the boundaries of what my business can do without Facebook or Instagram or keeping up with the joneses.

Each one allowing me to lean deeper into who I am at my core.

My strengths lie in a more personal connection.

Connections like this one.

Now I know this blog is being shared publicly, but as I type this first draft, I'm typing it as a singular email from my own inbox...it's next destination, my assistant.

I feel as if I'm writing you personally.

It feels more sacred.

It feels safe and yet expansive.

It just feels right.

I guess I'm writing this to you, to let you know that you might notice some changes around here - especially as it has to do with my work here at The Stress Less Company on social media - and I want you to know that while these changes are unconventional in many ways, something about them just feels right.

These changes are grounding me and settling me into even more contentment in my life.

These changes make me a better version of myself so I can be the person I want to be out in the world.

And, for that, I'm proud.

I also know that it takes deep courage to do things differently...

To go against the grain...

To do things in a way that will support YOU - as the unique individual you are - to thrive.

It can be difficult forging new paths and doing things differently and that's exactly why support from someone who gets you is so important.

So if you're feeling that resistance and you are craving support, I have an invitation for you.

Apply for a complimentary call with me.

Get support...

So you can do things differently...

So you can stand in your power...

So you can thrive.

With so much love,
Carlee
