Last rest day I spent the evening making homemade a delicious Blueberry Zucchini Bread I found on Pinterest. And oh.. my... goodness... it was a hit! Although I will warn you it isn't the healthiest of zucchini bread recipes (tons of sugar), but, hey, it was well worth it for cheat day! :P
