The Stress Less Method: A Different Way of Doing Things

Here Are The Steps We’ll Take Together to Discover True Emotional Freedom:

Step 1: Manage Your Energy

Being in a stressed state (AKA 'fight, flight or freeze' mode) limits our ability to access effective creative solutions to the problem at hand. This is why managing our energy is the very first step we will take together. During this first step you will learn the powerful foundational tools of the program. These tools will support you in stepping out of a stressed or unsupportive state of mind and into 'rest & digest' mode, the head space that allows you to once again access your powerful ability to effectively solve problems.

Step 2: Identify your blocks

Identifying your blocks is incredibly important for us to get to the root of what is really causing chronic stress or discomfort in your life. This is not your worries about money, your partner forgetting to unload the dishwasher, nor the pile of papers on your desk that have been driving you crazy. During this step, you discover that much of your chronic stress is caused by something deeper. This is where the foundational energy management tool of the program, The Block Inventory, comes into play. At this point in our journey together, you will create an inventory of everything that bothers you on one level or another and we will dig deeper to discover the root cause of each stressor. And, as someone who has 'been there', I will hold space for you to be truly seen and understood during this process.

Step 3: Create Your Plan

This is the part of the program where we will comb through your block inventory and together we will create the plan for how you will address and remove each block in the inventory. This is where we look at what's holding you back and we prioritize what we're going to tackle together and when. Having a clear plan of action helps us prevent overwhelm and gives us a clear idea of what we need to do now to get to where we want to be.

Step 4: Remove Your Blocks

During this step, you will begin working your unique plan. Every single member of the community has different blocks that need to be removed in order to experience true emotional freedom and achieve the results they desire. In order to experience clarity, peace, freedom, abundance, etc. each member must begin the process of removing each block one by one. This is the deep work, but worry not I'll be here supporting you every step of the way.

Step 5: Embrace Grace

This is the point in the program where you are in a beautiful state of mind more times than not. You are living a life in alignment. You are in maintenance mode and are on top of managing your energy consistently. You continually identifying new blocks as they come up. You are updating your plan as needed and consistently following through to remove blocks. At this point doing the work is part of your day-to-day life. It is during this final step, we work together to stick with it and when or if you fall off the wagon, get right back up and re-return to the process with ease.

 And here’s the power of the process…

 

Not only will you find true emotional freedom for yourself, but simply in doing that you will create a positive ripple effect in the world.
